As part of its strategy of expansion and growth, and in order to respond to the demands and challenges of the market, Siimgroup recently created an area dedicated exclusively to the international market, boosting more property transactions in Portugal with investors from foreign markets. The department, aimed at these markets, will expand Siimgroup's activity, with a special focus on training consultants, specialising them in developing partnerships and synergies with global partners.

To run this department, Siimgroup is counting on the new Broker Eliane Ribeiro, who has over 20 years' experience in the national and international real estate market. Initially, she will develop commercial relations with the Brazilian, US and Canadian markets, and in the future she will extend this commercial experience to other foreign markets.
