The Park - Cascais Residences is the most recent project sold by SIIMGROUP, which once again reinforces the group's commitment to offering its clients the best real estate options on the market.

Last week we had the presence of the promoter, represented by Luis Carita and Frederico Ressano Garcia, to present the project, at an event that brought together consultants, partners and the press.

The Park - Cascais Residences was developed by the architecture studio Future Architecture Thinking and the landscape design is designed by architect Francisco Caldeira Cabral. It will have 60 units with types ranging from T2 to T3+1, in addition to a set of differentiating amenities, such as a padel court, children's playground, gym, sauna, bike and surf station.
