Farm with 9 hectares, seven of which are vineyards and the other two are olive groves and a 17th century manor house with around 880 m2 of covered area with 27 rooms, in the middle of the Alto Douro Wine Region, just 17 km from Vila Real.

THE SOLAR is made up of two parts, a Medieval TOWER that has a kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom for employees and a wine warehouse for finished products.

On the 1st floor, an old kitchen with fireplace, central chimney, dining space, reading room, television room, guest toilet, double bedroom with private bathroom.

On the 2nd floor (former attic), we find three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a double bedroom with two beds for adults with a door to another adjoining bedroom, a complete bathroom in front of this bedroom.

At SOLAR, we have a cellar on the ground floor, independent of access to the house.

On the ground floor, games room, office, personal wine cellar, television room, access to the chapel from the inside and the chapel.

On the 1st floor, lounge, dining room, guest toilet, pulpit for the chapel, fully equipped kitchen, pantry to support the dining room, four bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, complete bathroom to serve the other three bedrooms .

Outside, a social area with swimming pool, support and parking space.

The Solar is served with hot water through central heating that serves all rooms intended for housing and in the wine production and storage area with air conditioning.

The Quinta is completely walled and has olive trees planted around the perimeter.
