Located 25 minutes from Faro airport, 10 minutes from Olhão, 15 minutes from Tavira and 5 minutes from the picturesque parish of Fuzeta. Quinta Vigia, with 7.3 hectares, offers stunning views over the coast, over the tranquil beauty of the Ria Formosa. The property is made up of three distinct buildings, each with its own unique characteristics:
1.White House:
It's the main house. It has four bedrooms and was designed and built from scratch in 2022, inspired by traditional Algarve architecture. The house is currently in local accommodation and obtained a gross income of 60,000 euros in 2023.
3.Yellow House:
This house is divided into two floors, each with six bedrooms. On the upper floor, the current owner houses a couple in charge of taking care of the property and on the lower floor, he is free. This lower floor, with excellent possibilities for renovation, has a large terrace, with space planned for a swimming pool and a restored building that serves as a laundry and clothes treatment room for the three houses.
Common to the three houses or just to the White House, there is a synthetic grass tennis court, which requires no maintenance.
It has mains water and two own boreholes. A small pine forest of stone pines, carob trees, fig trees and olive trees has been planted. Central heating in the White House is provided by solar panels for the water and floor.
Negotiations are currently underway with EDP for the installation of solar panels to supply energy to the grid.
In addition to these 3 houses, the 3 ha of vineyard and the surrounding green space, the property has another 1.6 ha, outside the framework and with a magnificent view of the sea and the Ria, where it has a construction permit for /up to 400 m2 for housing or 2,000 m2 for a tourist project.
